Alexandra founded Smartway Consulting as a professional training and process improvement hub dedicated to developing Lean Six Sigma and Business Process Management capabilities, practical business transformation skills and operational excellence within organizations, on a simple belief: process improvement should empower people, not complicate work.
Through Smartway Consulting, she delivers a balanced approach to business transformation, combining practical learning, strategic improvement and human-centred growth.
Alexandra is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and certified trainer and consultant by the International Lean Six Sigma Institute- ILSSI (www.ilssi.org), International Association for Six Sigma Certification- IASSC (www.iassc.org), Council for Six Sigma Certification- CSSC (www.sixsigmacouncil.org), and a representative in Romania of Engage Process (www.engageprocess.com) from the Netherlands.
With over 16 years of experience in Lean Six Sigma and Business Process Management, she is actively involved in Lean Management, Six Sigma and BPM consulting and training projects that deliver measurable impact on business performance while developing internal capabilities for continuous improvement. Her expertise includes industries such as manufacturing, banking, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, FMCG, logistics, financial services, and oil & gas in Romania, Norway, France, UK, Hong Kong, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Germany.
