Smartway Consulting SRL, referred to as the Provider, is a Romanian-based company registered with the Trade Register under number J40/12603/22.07.2021, Tax ID RO 44626660, and headquartered in Bucharest, Str. Apusului, nr. 36, acting as the Data Controller. It handles personal information in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), guided by fairness and clear objectives, as outlined in this notice.
- Types of Personal Data Collected The Provider processes the following types of personal information:
- Full name;
- Residential address, phone number, email address;
- Banking details for invoicing purposes;
- Personal numeric code and identification document details.
- Objectives of Data Use Data is used for:
- Providing course proposals;
- Delivering educational and training services;
- Drafting and executing service agreements and generating invoices;
- Issuing certificates and diplomas;
- Pursuing payments or debt recovery, including legal enforcement based on contracts and legitimate interest;
- Defending the Provider’s legal rights;

- Data Storage Duration Personal data is retained throughout the contractual relationship and up to 10 years afterward for compliance with document archiving regulations.

Courses offered online are licensed for personal, non-transferable use only.
- Dispute Resolution Disputes will first be resolved amicably. If unsuccessful, Romanian courts have jurisdiction. Acceptance of these terms confirms the client’s agreement with this process.
Order Fulfillment Policy
- Online Training Delivery Delivered via platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Participants connect using their personal devices.
- On-Site Training Delivery Held at physical venues equipped for training. Printed materials are distributed at course start, and trainers follow a structured curriculum including interactive exercises.
Course Cancellation Policy
Training cancellations must be requested at least 48 business hours prior to the start date by written notice, including participant name, course name, and session details.
Refunds are processed via bank transfer. Any non-recoverable costs (e.g., shipping, venue reservations) will be deducted and communicated.
No refunds apply if cancellation occurs within 48 business hours of course start or during its delivery.
