What is PRINCE2® Foundation
The instructor-led, virtual PRINCE2® Foundation course is designed to evaluate and build your ability to act as an informed member of a project management team. Instead of abstract theory, you learn how to navigate the PRINCE2® method, apply its key principles, and speak a common terminology within structured project environments.
At this level, you learn how to:
- Understand core PRINCE2® principles, practices, and processes.
- Navigate the complete project lifecycle using a custom PRINCE2® Trigger Map.
- Define clear project roles and responsibilities to establish effective governance.
- Handle project risks, changes, and exceptions through the “management by exception” method.
It is the essential foundation for mastering project control and the prerequisite for progressing to the PRINCE2® Practitioner level.
Courses take place live, online, using Microsoft Teams.
