What is PRINCE2® Agile Foundation
The instructor-led, virtual PRINCE2® Agile Foundation (Version 2) course is designed to evaluate and build your ability to act as an informed team member on projects combining structure and flexibility. Instead of treating project management and agile as opposing ideas, you learn how to combine the governance of PRINCE2® with the adaptability of Lean, Scrum, and Lean Startup techniques.
At this level, you learn how to:
- Understand the core origins, mindset, and values of Agile working.
- Tailor classic PRINCE2® principles, practices, and processes to fit agile environments.
- Integrate modern drivers like AI, data, and automation into project workflows.
- Manage people, teams, and change when blending traditional and agile frameworks.
It is the essential starting point for managing agile projects with control and serves as the prerequisite for progressing to the PRINCE2® Agile Practitioner level.
Courses take place live, online, using Microsoft Teams.
